Q: Where are you based?
A: We are based in th U.K. and are subject to European Law. Also so is our stock. We have personally inspected, cleaned, polished and photographed every item you see on our pages. We do not drop ship items we have not seen.

Q: Can I trust you?
A: Good Question! All internet sales come with a risk. The group has been trading since 1994 and have sold to over 400 clients worldwide completing almost 1000 transactions. If you could not trust us... we wouldn't still be in business. Bad news travels further, harder and faster than good.

Q: Can I ask you about the items you sell?
A: Anyone can ask anything they wish and we will do our best to answer them. Be it further detail on a piece to "Tell me how to...". You are always welcome to ask questions. We want you to be delighted with your purchase. E-mail us on Enquiries.

Q: How can I pay?
A: Our preferred method is via paypal. Paypal are an international secure payments provider, trusted by millions of people just like you. You do not have to have an account and can pay by any recognised credit/debit card held globally. We hold accounts in all European and most major international currencies (Email for Exchange Rates, will include a conversion fee, before purchasing)
International clients can also pay by Bank to Bank Transfer (Account details provided on request).
UK clients can also pay by personal or company cheques, internet banking bill payment (Account details provided on request) and even postal orders.
Even cash (please use an insured carrier/service). We accept GB£, US$, Euros, PYB and CHF (Email for Exchange Rates, will include a conversion fee, before purchasing)

Q: How do I buy?
A: If using Paypal in GB£ use the "buy now" buttons and Paypal will guide you through the purchase then return you to us.
If using paypal in other currencies, Email us and we will invoice you via paypal.
Any other method, Email us first for guidance.

Q: Are there any hidden costs?
A: We charge a standard fee for shipping of £2.00 and all EEC & EEA clients are exempt from local taxes. These have been paid on your behalf at the U.K. Rate.
Non EEC/EEA Clients may be liable for local taxes as charged by their national or local governments. These are widely variable and we advise you to check with your local Tax or Excise office before buying. Ryklyn UK Ltd is not liable for costs incurred from levies of this kind.

Q: How do you ship?
A: All our items are sent via Royal Mail within 48 hours of cleared payment received by us.

Q: What does it cost?
A: All our items cost £2.00 to ship. This is a standard contribution to the cost and we stand any other costs. This is fair for all, removes the need to have complicated shipping policies and allows us to send via the best service.

Q: Do you insure?
A: All our items are sent via Royal Mail and where required are sent by an insured service. If paying for a service is not economically worthwhile, we insure the item ourselves.
